Center Operations

  • Take special care of all protocols and quality related to health, safety, hygiene, nutrition and education.
  • Maintain health cards for daycare children.
  • Ensuring maintenance of updated records at the center – attendance, development monitoring, health cards and progress in development.
  • Prepare indent for materials/supplies required for the centre and for procurement from head office and for identifying local vendors.
  • Consult the team for daily plans, and make plans with their help.
  • Take care that all the employees of the team follow the guidelines and tasks. And simultaneously encourage and motivate the team to work disciplined and active.
  • Organize all the materials, real estate and equipment in the center in an orderly manner. And keep an account of the expenses incurred in the center.
  • Post profit in daycare operations.

  • Can demonstrate leadership skills, which will prove helpful in giving correct guidance to the schemes.
  • Lead a team by working together and encouraging each other.
  • Administrative and organizational skills. Able to have strategies for coping in a crisis.
  • She should have knowledge of child psychology so that she can understand the child of every age group and their needs, and give them the right directions.
